I just wanted to say: I’ve worked in 219 schools and Caretaker in 14 and so I can with conviction say:
Walworth is by far the nicest atmosphere and the most team like team I have experienced. I’m not gushing, it’s fact. You are all kind to each other and have all been very kind to me.
I see team posters and “we are family” slogans in schools and orgs and the slogan often does not make it off the wall.
You don’t stick stuff everywhere you actually do it. You are a team.
It’s been an utter honour to work with you all.
