Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium was introduced in April 2011 and in 2012–13 individual schools were allocated funding for children from low-income families who were eligible for free school meals, looked after children and those from families with parents in the Armed Forces.

The Pupil Premium is review each academic year.
Sports Premium
ALL pupils leaving primary school should be physically literate and with the knowledge, skills and motivation necessary to equip them for a healthy, active lifestyle and lifelong participation in physical activity and sport.
The premium must be used to fund additional and sustainable improvements to the provision of PE and sport to encourage the development of healthy, active lifestyles.
It is expected that schools will see an improvement against the following 5 key indicators
- Increased confidence, knowledge and skills of all staff in teaching Physical Education and sport
- Engagement of all pupils in regular physical activity
- The profile Physical Education and sport is raised across the school as a tool for whole school improvement
- Broader experience of a range of sports and physical activities offered to all pupils
- Increased participation in competitive sport

Swimming analysis: All children across Key Stage 2 have swimming lessons to ensure that as many as possible reach the required expectation to be able to;
- Swim competently, confidently and proficiently over a distance of at least 25 metres
- Use a range of strokes effectively
- Perform a safe self-rescue in different water-based situations.
In the 23/24 academic year 0% of our year 6 children were able to swim 25 metres and use a range of strokes effectively and 0 children were able to perform a safe self-rescue.
